Choosing is all about balance

Still wearing glasses like Harry Potter?Of course, you may say. But do you know not everyone knows how to choose their glasses? You may be confused.

As anyone who has ever tried buying ones will tell you, it's a complicated business. That's because your purchase depends on far more than whether you like a certain design.

Choosing the right pair depends on everything from your face shape and hairstyle to your colouring and personality. For example, people who have long hair or whose hair is a major feature of their face should stick to very simple glasses so that the glasses do not become a feature and so lessen the impact of the person's hair. On the other hand, people with shorter hair or who always wear their hair tied back often suit bolder glasses because their hair is not such a feature on their face.

There are also certain rules that can help your choice of colour. As a general rule people with darker hair and complexions can get away with bolder colours.Though surprisingly blondes can often look good with a real contrast of black glasses. To Choose glasses the same colour as your eyes can also work well may be better.

A confusing number of different lenses now available to make your choice even harder. The main points to consider are your lifestyle, your appearance, comfort and protection. If you work in an office, for example, you may want to choose lenses with a special anti-reflective coating that helps reduce the glare of artificial lighting. And if you wear glasses all the time, you may want to consider lightweight lenses. Up to 45 per cent lighter than traditional lenses, these can make wearing glasses far more comfortable.

Personality is the last important factor. 'You can follow all the rules you like, but sometimes bold glasses will not suit someone with a shy personality.

You should always try to have fun when choosing glasses, keep an open mind when you go into an opticians, consider everything and try different pairs on.Besides, the internet offers anther way to help you. Sometimes,it's even convenient in degrees for you can "visit" it at anytime and anywhere.

The Everlasting Spirit of NBA

The Final of NBA has arrived, and millions of basketball fans are crazy about it. There is not only the admiration for the stars' perfect skills, but also attraction by their persistence and diligence. It is this spirit that has lasted through all generations of NBA players and inspired their fans.

We can have a deeper understanding about this spirit through the silicone wristbands they wear while competition and exercise. This kind of wristbands has become popular because of Seven-time Tour de France champion Lance Armstrong. While fighting against cancer, he wore a wristband with ‘Live strong’ on it. This wristband had inspired him with strength and courage. Since then, silicone wristbands have become a symbol of endeavor and spread across the USA and European countries. These wristbands seen on the wrists of NBA players also represent the persistence in NBA games.

NBA players have inherited this spirit. Alonzo Mourning in Miami HEAT who has successful overcome the nephropathy is a typical example. Whenever he feels tired, he will look at his ‘Live strong’ wristbands and gain strength from it. This is Mourning, a center comparable to O'Neal, with such a moving willpower. This is not only the spirit a player needs; it is also what the whole society needs nowadays.

(Millions of NBA fans have witnessed this spirit’s strength. Now many players are wearing these silicone wristbands during games and pass on this NBA spirit. It is not only a spirit to fight against diseases, but also a spirit of perseverance. As long as they are on the stage, in spite of any hurt or being lagged behind, the game is not over yet.

Life is also a contest. Maybe it is not as amazing as NBA games, but we also need the perseverance of NBA players to confront any setbacks. And the wristbands are the best medium and representative of this spirit. Now they are not only used in NBA, but also in charity shows, relieve shows, sports games, governmental campaign and other collective activities. The words on the wristbands represent the topic of the activities. As long as you wear the wristband, you are a representative of a spirit. If you want to be one member of these meaningful activities, customize your own silicone wristbands to get what you want.
