Linksify raised half a million dollars

Linksify raised half a million dollars in seed funding from the contractor, angel investor Jon Fisher, founder and start Tony Wu (a former partner at Fisher). The company is also releasing a tool to share your contact information on beta today.

Billed as the "book of the last address you'll ever need, the service - which looks and behaves much like it was built in the nineties - is committed to offering its users full control over how their information is shared in compliance their need for privacy. To do this, give registered members the opportunity to divide people into three groups that you know (knowledge, personal contacts and contacts) and assign different sets of permissions for them.
