Want to see what you say about the network you're intrigued by something in Google Reader? gReactions, a Firefox add-on provides an overview of what is said on Twitter, FriendFeed, Digg and other sites with one click.
An extension is fairly simple, with no options and only adds a single button on the bottom of articles in the toolbar, Google Reader feed. Success "Show Comments" and you will see at a glance what people publish and discuss with regard to the main link of the RSS item.
